I cannot access Macys.com?

every time i try to get on macys.com, i get a "page cannot be displayed" error message. Can anyone help me? I have scanned my comp. for viruses and spyware and are completly free of them. I have also turned off my antivirus software

The page should have an error code (a 3-digit number that tells what went wrong - the usual is "404 - page not found"). There is a list of error codes at the referenced page below. Edit yours into the question and I can get you more info.

In the absence of a code, try the following:

1. Enable Cookies (set privacy level to Medium)

2. Wait it out (Macy's might be having a bad day or your ISP might have "lost" the address to macys.com)

3. Make sure you have a recent browser version (IE 6+, Firefox 1.5+)

Try to contact the company. Maybe they are down.
u might hav gotten banned by somebody and that u have to go on the control prompt and try to access it that way by asking some one that knows how to ban and un-ban the web site

i know this because my father know how to ban stuff because he bans alot of my web sites so i thought this might be useful if u can find someone that can ban and un ban web sites and i hope this info can be useful to u
